Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also called ‘tapping’, is a type of energy therapy which works based on acupuncture points on the face, head and upper body – it’s sometimes referred to as emotional acupuncture.
Using your fingers, you tap gently on these points up to 7 times before moving on to the next point. Give tapping a try by following some of the videos below.
