Finding Calm In Chaos

These fears, doubts and stresses can really stop you in your tracks. As someone who has experienced chronic stress and burnout, I completely relate to how hard it is when you get stuck; you lose your confidence, start having wobbles about whether you’re getting things right and ultimately it sabotages your chances of success. But there is a way out of the chaos.
In 2015 I came across Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also called ‘Tapping’…I was sceptical because it looked weird, but I was intrigued and gave it a go, figuring that I didn’t have anything to lose! After seeing and feeling the benefits of tapping in all areas of my life and business, I trained as a practitioner and haven’t looked back.
