Coronavirus fear can be really overwhelming and anxiety inducing. This gentle tapping video with calming breathing exercises will ground you and help you to feel calmer.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure you practice good hygiene in your tapping environment and always wash your hands thoroughly before tapping.
Remember to:
- Have a glass of water to hand
- Take some deep breaths
- Rate your feelings on a scale of 1-10 10 being like “I’m freaking out right now and am very anxious”…to 1 being like “I’m a little worried but it’s ok”
- Measure the intensity before and AFTER you tap and post your results in the comments
- Keep tapping daily until you feel a shift. You ideally want to get down to a 1 or 0
