EFT Tapping for Coronavirus Fear

Coronavirus fear can be really overwhelming and anxiety inducing. This gentle tapping video with calming breathing exercises will ground you and help you to feel calmer.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you practice good hygiene in your tapping environment and always wash your hands thoroughly before tapping.

Remember to:

  • Have a glass of water to hand
  • Take some deep breaths
  • Rate your feelings on a scale of 1-10 10 being like “I’m freaking out right now and am very anxious”…to 1 being like “I’m a little worried but it’s ok”
  • Measure the intensity before and AFTER you tap and post your results in the comments
  • Keep tapping daily until you feel a shift. You ideally want to get down to a 1 or 0
