This was exactly the dilemma faced by podcast guest Marcia Clarke from Abundance foods. Marcia really knew she needed to make some changes to her diet, but didn't want to compromise on sweet treats. Unimpressed with the supposedly 'tasty' healthy desserts and chocolate already on the market, Marcia was inspired to create her own range of indulgently healthy sweet treats.
